Christian Eyde Møller

Christian Eyde Møller ist Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender. Er war früher im Vorstand des dänischen Telekommunikationsanbieters TDC Solutions verantwortlich für den Bereich International. Davor war er International President für Sprint, einen führenden amerikanischen Anbieter von mobiler und internationaler Datenkommunikation. Christian hat zudem verschiedene Führungspositionen bei Ebone bekleidet, dem ersten europaweiten Internetprovider in Europa. Er war im Aufsichtsrat der Telekommunikationsunternehmen HTCC, Contactel, Song Networks und sechs Jahre Vorstandsmitglied der European Competitive Telecoms Association.

Atul Patel

Mr Atul Patel is Chief Executive of Kataria Holdings and ex-banker with over 38 years of investment and merchant banking experience including Barclays Bank Group, American Express and Rothschilds. Mr Atul Patel has held positions as Chief Executive of Barclays' Merchant Banking Division and Head of Strategy for the Barclays Group worldwide. Subsequently, Mr Atul assisted one of the largest and oldest family trading groups, to review existing business lines, restructure and position itself for future growth, and hereafter held a position as Head of Strategy at National Bank of Dubai.

Ramzy Abdul-Majeed

Mr Ramzy Abdul-Majeed, Executive Director at Kataria Holdings, has 19 years experience in complex deal structuring in telecom, media and banking from London at Price Waterhouse, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and subsequently investing in private equity at Societe Generale. Mr Abdul-Majeed has also been General Manager of Investments and Risk Management for a large Saudi family group with investment interests globally and has held a position as Deputy Head of Strategy at National Bank of Dubai in Dubai. Mr Abdul-Majeed was also an advisory board member and an integral part of bringing the BlackBerry mobile email solution to the Middle East Markets.

Mohammad Ayub Shaikh

Mr Mohammad Ayub Shaikh is a retail and finance expert with more than 25 years of experience. Mr Mohammad Ayub Shaikh has significant banking experience, has held a position as Head of Strategic Planning at the National Bank of Bahrain and is currently a Board Director at Dunn & Bradstreet. Mr Mohammad Ayub Shaikh was founder and Chairman of Havelock-Ahi, the largest furniture and store fit-out factory in the Middle East, and sold the company in 2006. Mr Mohammad Ayub Shaikh holds several board positions and is Managing Director of BMA International's Retail Arabia entity with over 100 stores specializing in mall management and food retailing.

Tonny Anker-Svendsen

Mr Tonny Anker-Svendsen is one of the founding members and major shareholder of Alpha Group. The group is based in Copenhagen and consists of 3 privately owned insurance companies, conducting business throughout the European market. Mr Tonny Anker-Svendsen holds a Master Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Copenhagen and has held varies directorates within the Danish insurance industry.
